SMS Terms and Conditions

Program description

NEEDS Foundation may send SMS messages to people who explicitly agree to receive them. Messages may relate to food-provider or receiver coordination, partner outreach follow-up, scheduling, donor or sponsor conversations, volunteer coordination, and operational updates.

Consent

SMS consent is optional and separate from any other relationship with NEEDS. You may decline SMS consent and still contact NEEDS by email, phone, or another approved channel. NEEDS does not treat a general website visit, donation, email inquiry, or business conversation as SMS consent unless you specifically agree to receive text messages.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies by relationship and operational need. Typical outreach or coordination conversations are occasional and may include follow-up messages when a pickup window, meeting, or next step is being coordinated.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for messages or data according to your mobile plan.

Opt out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, NEEDS will stop sending SMS messages to that mobile number unless you later provide new consent.

Privacy
