How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate food-provider and receiving-partner fit, coordinate volunteer or sponsor conversations, and maintain internal outreach records.

Mobile information

If you choose to provide a mobile phone number for SMS communication, NEEDS uses that number only for the specific communication purpose you consented to, such as coordination, outreach follow-up, scheduling, or operational updates. NEEDS does not sell mobile information and does not share mobile opt-in data or consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Donations

Donation transactions are handled by Zeffy. When you click a donation link, you leave the NEEDS website and use Zeffy's donation experience. Zeffy's own privacy and payment terms apply to that transaction.

Analytics

NEEDS may use website analytics and advertising conversion tools to understand which pages and calls to action are useful. These tools may record page views, referral information, and conversion events.
